Leaders rushed to Nairobi Hospital Wednesday night after gunmen killed Kasipul MP Charles Ongondo Were. Police say someone on a motorcycle shot him near City Mortuary along Ngong Road. Top officials like DCI head Mohamed Amin, Nairobi police chief George Seda, Interior PS Raymond Omollo, former PM Raila Odinga, Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, and Dagoretti MP Beatrice Elachi came to the hospital.
