People will say goodbye to Sam Nujoma, Namibia's first president, in many different places across the country. His body will travel to seven special areas where people love him very much.
The journey starts on February 20th, when they will take him from Windhoek's big airport to Ondangwa. The next day, they will drive him through Okahao and then to Oshakati. After that, they will fly him to Rundu on February 22nd, where many people will walk with him to show their respect.
The next stops are Katima Mulilo on February 23rd and Grootfontein on February 24th. Many people will come to each place to remember him. They will take him to Walvis Bay and then to Keetmanshoop on February 26th.
On February 27th, they will bring him back to Windhoek. People will walk with him down Independence Avenue until they reach the Swapo building. The next day, everyone will gather at Independence Stadium to remember him.
