He dropped orders saying public servants need to study the ruling party's manifesto and actually enforce environmental laws instead of letting pollution run wild everywhere.
Environment Minister Hamad Yussuf Masauni complained that Ocean Road stays disgusting with trash piled up because NEMC lacks enforcement power to do anything about water contamination or noise violations.
