Ninjaman begs for jail pass to clash Dancehall kings

A locked-up dancehall legend wants out to battle artists. From prison, iconic Jamaican artist Ninjaman sent a letter, compiled by JoJo Mac and shared on RIC STORM TV, calling for his release to lyrically clash with other performers. He talked about the current lack of stage clashes in dancehall, pushing for a unity show with top acts where competition isn't personal.

Ninjaman, also called the Don Gorgon, seemed to dismiss artist Masicka for challenging Vybz Kartel too quickly without matching his achievements. He voiced support for Kartel, saying credit was due for lifting the genre. The lengthy audio message ended with Ninjaman claiming dancehall needs a fresh duppy, or ghost, and that he wanted to make a few for his sixtieth birthday before returning to prison as a duppy maker, pleading guilty to lyrical massacre.
