Ntunungwe villagers build long-awaited clinic

Ntunungwe village in Bulilima District will receive a health facility after officials and residents gathered on Sunday for a groundbreaking ceremony. Legislator Dingumuzi Phuti contributed 50 bags of cement, while party officials and business owners pledged additional materials totaling 193,200 bags needed to reach slab level. The community will provide the bricks, sand, and labor for the construction.

ZANU-PF members from provincial and district levels committed cement donations at the fundraising event held at the site. Richard Ndlovu pledged 25 bags and Nqobizitha Ndlovu offered 51 bags, while local entrepreneurs added smaller amounts. Phuti said the clinic addresses years of inadequate access to medical services for area residents who lack nearby facilities.
