Oblivion Remastered on Game Pass now with Unreal 5

Bethesda finally revealed The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered after many rumors circulated online. The game looks much better thanks to Unreal Engine 5, though it still uses Gamebryo for its core systems. Players will notice many improvements, like better menus, revised cameras, enhanced accessibility features, more autosaves, and better combat feedback.

The remaster has launched for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X, with Game Pass subscribers able to play right away. Everyone else can buy the standard version for $49.99 or spend $59.99 for the Deluxe Edition. This premium option comes with new quests featuring special armor sets, weapons, horse armor, and several smaller DLCs like Fighter's Stronghold and Mehrune's Razor.

Both editions include the major expansions, Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. PC players need at least an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel i7-6800K processor with 16GB RAM and an AMD 5700 or NVIDIA 1070 Ti graphics card. For the best experience, gamers should have 32GB RAM with better processors and graphics cards like the AMD 6800XT or NVIDIA RTX 2080.
