Osun Curfew Cut Back as Folks Gear Up for Eid

Governor Ademola Adeleke made the curfew rules easier for three towns. Ifon, Ilobu, and Erin Osun had strict nighttime limits after fighting broke out earlier this year. Peace came back to these areas, and the governor decided to give people more freedom. The Eid El Kabir holiday also helped him make this choice. Security officers will still watch these places day and night.

The new curfew starts at 9 pm and ends at 5 am every day. Under the old rules, people had to stay home from 6 pm to 6 am. The governor told everyone to keep acting peacefully with their neighbors. Traditional leaders must ensure their people do not cause trouble. Anyone who breaks the peace will face serious punishment.

Army soldiers, police officers, secret service agents, and civil defense workers patrol the communities. These security teams work around the clock to stop new fights. The governor praised all three towns for working toward harmony. He wants everyone to continue being good neighbors. Complete peace must return before all curfew rules disappear.
