Pakistan sweep Bangladesh 3–0 in the hockey series

Pakistan completed a comprehensive sweep against Bangladesh in their FIH World Cup Qualifiers series at Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium, winning the final match 10-3 after earlier victories of 8-2 and 8-0. The hosts conceded 26 goals across the three contests while managing only five in response.

Sufyan Khan led the Pakistani attack with six goals, while Abdul Rehman and Ahmad Nadeem added three more. The visitors converted nine of 15 penalty corners, with Waleed Rana scoring their lone field goal. Bangladesh wasted multiple clear scoring opportunities, including an open-goal miss from Shohanur Sabuj.
