The company operates as an authorized Starlink Business distributor across multiple regions from rural areas to urban centers. Their comprehensive service package covers hardware provision, technical installation, round-the-clock support, and warranty administration.

Educational institutions receive dedicated connectivity through the Paratus EduLINK program powered by satellite technology. Schools in underserved locations access 2TB monthly priority data allowances supporting online learning initiatives. The telecommunications provider has completed numerous successful installations across diverse geographic locations throughout the country. Remote homesteads and established towns both benefit from reliable internet access ensuring widespread digital participation. This initiative supports Eswatini's broader economic development goals through enhanced communication capabilities.
