Parents Tied and Looted in a Home Robbery

Robbers broke into the home of Robert Edwin and Lyn Coventry, taking items worth about $90,000. The criminals tied up the couple using shoelaces before searching through every room of their house. The parents of famous swimmer Kirsty Coventry lost three hunting guns plus jewelry estimated at $60,000 during the attack.

The thieves also grabbed an expensive hair dryer valued at $5,000 and $15,000 in cash from somewhere inside the residence. They didn't stop there - they even stole clothing that Kirsty had worn during Olympic competitions. The entire family feels violated after this terrible crime happened on their property.
