A hot water pipe broke apart during morning hours at Primorsky District. Boiling water poured out where Bogatyrsky Prospekt meets Turistskaya Street. The street surface began to bulge upward from the underground break. Steam clouds formed around the area where the pipe had burst. People could see the damage spreading across the intersection.
