Violence broke out near the Champs-Elysees avenue and the team's home stadium. Police officers arrested 491 people in Paris alone during the overnight celebrations. Crowds set fire to 264 vehicles and injured 192 people during the riots. Twenty-two police officers and seven firefighters were hurt during clashes with troublemakers. Looters robbed several shops near the Arc de Triomphe area.

Sunday's victory parade will continue as planned with extra security measures. Police will deploy more officers and military personnel for the evening celebration. The team will travel down the Champs-Elysees to meet supporters at 5 PM local time. Players will visit the presidential palace after the parade ends.
