Namibia found its first case of rabies in a cape fur seal. The sick animal died at Walvis Bay Lagoon after showing strange behavior on Friday. Test results came back Monday and proved the seal had rabies.
South Africa reported the same problem in seals last June. That marked the first time anyone saw rabwhile in ocean animals around this area. Very few places around the world have ever seen this happen.
