Zimbabwe's main bank is making special money called ZiG works better. Dr John Mushayavanhu runs this bank, and he wants people to trust ZiG more. Last year, the bank stored lots of gold and other treasures worth five hundred million dollars, which helped make ZiG stronger.

The bank learned from past mistakes. When there was lots of money floating around, prices went up fast, making people sad. The bank fixed this by being careful about how much money it let people use. Some business people said they needed more money to work with.

Dr Mushayavanhu found a smart way to help. He lets banks give more money to people who want to make things or grow food. But he makes sure people can't spend this money on buying regular stuff. This keeps prices steady and helps people who want to build their businesses.

The bank wants everyone to use ZiG more. People who sell things to other countries must change some of their money into ZiG. If they want, they can keep this money safe until they need it. The bank thinks more money will come into Zimbabwe this year than goes out. This means good things for the country.

The bank wants to make it easier for people to pay with cards instead of cash. Small payments won't cost extra money anymore. Every shop must have special machines that can take both ZiG and other money. Banks will tell on shops that don't use these machines properly. The bank wants everyone to stop using lots of cash because robbers might steal it.

These changes will help Zimbabwe use more of its own money. People will pay for things with cards more often. The bank will ensure that extra money goes to people who want to make things, not just buy things. This will improve the whole country's money system.
