Rema Rave Ultra Smashes 3 Billion YouTube Streams

Nigerian singer Rema broke African music records on YouTube Music with his debut album. The ultra version of Rave and Roses became the first African project to reach 3 billion streams on the platform. Divine Ikubor achieved this milestone through his popular songs that fans played millions of times. His hit song Calm Down and the remix featuring Selena Gomez drove most of the streaming numbers. The album continues breaking barriers for African artists on major music platforms.

Rave and Roses Ultra also leads African music on Spotify with 3.9 billion total streams. The project became the first African album to join the exclusive 2 billion club on that service. No other Nigerian album has crossed that important streaming threshold on Spotify before. Rema created history for his country and continent through these achievements. The young artist proved African music can compete globally with international superstars.

Tanzanian model Karen Bujulu explained why she ended her relationship with singer Juma Jux after false stories spread online. She said people wrongly blamed her for cheating when the singer actually betrayed her trust during their time together. The model stayed faithful through multiple problems but finally decided to leave when she could not forgive anymore hurt. Bujulu wants fans to stop bringing up her past relationship because she has already healed from the experience. Her statement came after Jux married Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo.
