A driver killed two people in a rolling terror attack across northern Israel. The assailant, a 37-year-old man from Qabatiya in the occupied West Bank, first ran over pedestrians in Beit She'an, killing a 68-year-old man and injuring a teenager. He then drove about eight miles west to near Ein Harod, where he stabbed and killed an 18-year-old woman. A civilian later shot and wounded the suspect outside Afula.
