A big meeting of leaders from Southern Africa starts today. Ten countries have said they will be there. The meeting will talk about politics and security in the region. One important topic is a mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The mission's time is almost up.
The meeting will last four days and be held in a new building in Zimbabwe, the same place where another big meeting occurred in August.
