Samsung Tab S11 Ultra Set to Crush Battery Records

Samsung plans major changes for its tablet lineup later this year. The company already released the Galaxy S25 phones and prepares for new foldable devices. Tech fans eagerly await the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 models. Samsung also readies the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra tablets. These tablets may receive their biggest updates since 2022.

Samsung appears ready to simplify its tablet offerings this time around. The company might skip the middle model and launch just two versions instead of three. Reports suggest both tablets will use MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 processor rather than Qualcomm chips. This change marks a shift away from Samsung's usual approach. The new processor could deliver better performance for demanding tasks.

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra may feature a much larger battery than before. Early reports point to battery capacity between 11,700 and 12,000 mAh. The current Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra contains a 10,880 mAh battery for comparison. This upgrade represents the first major battery improvement for Samsung's premium tablets in years. Better battery life should help users work longer without charging.
