Sancho Fuels Saudi Clubs Transfer Frenzy

Three Saudi clubs want to sign Jadon Sancho after Chelsea failed to buy him from Manchester United. Al-Hilal, Al-Ittihad and Al-Nassr compete for the English winger during summer transfers. The Mirror reports the 25-year-old player attracts major interest from Saudi teams. Chelsea could not agree with Sancho about his future at Stamford Bridge. The London club spent last season with Sancho on loan but missed their chance.

Sancho played mixed football for Chelsea but scored during their Europa League final win over Real Betis. Coach Enzo Maresca wanted to keep the winger but money talks broke down quickly. Sancho demanded 300,000 pounds per week which proved beyond Chelsea's budget. The Blues paid Manchester United a 5 million pound penalty for missing their purchase deadline. United set the original transfer fee at 25 million pounds for permanent deals.

Manchester United refuses to pay any part of Sancho's wages moving forward. The Red Devils prefer keeping the penalty money and selling him elsewhere. Sancho has two years left on his current Manchester United contract. United wants full market value for any potential summer sale.
