Director Sankagiri Rajkumar spent six years creating his science fiction film through solo effort across every production aspect, from writing and performance to technical operations. The filmmaker handled responsibilities typically distributed among 500 crew members, portraying all 20 principal roles and approximately 500 minor characters while managing over 70 specialized departments.
Mental exhaustion halted progress when the project reached 75 percent completion, prompting Rajkumar to shift focus toward a simpler production titled Bioscope. This interim work chronicled the making of his debut feature Vengayam and helped restore creative momentum through collaboration with relatives and acquaintances.
Following completion of the restorative project, the director returned to finish his ambitious undertaking. The film awaits release later this year after its unprecedented single-person production achieved what no previous filmmaker has accomplished independently.
