The Premier Soccer League moved Scottland's match against Chicken Inn to Friday afternoon at Barbourfields Stadium to allow players to join the Warriors camp before their World Cup qualifier against South Africa on Oct. 10 in Johannesburg. League officials adjusted the fixture from Saturday to prevent conflicts between club duties, and national team obligations as Scottland could contribute several players to the squad. Acting chief executive Rodwell Thabe said the association plans to depart on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, and teams require adequate time for medical evaluations before travel.
