Search for missing motoring influencer Tengku Nizaruddin called off after no new leads in Sungai Tui

Authorities ended their intensive search for missing automotive influencer Tengku Nizaruddin Tengku Zainudin after four days of unsuccessful efforts. The 38-year-old businessman disappeared Monday when his Perodua Axia crashed into Sungai Tui river at an oil palm plantation in Lenga. Police chief Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz announced the closure of the incident command post following exhaustive searches that yielded no fresh clues. Seventy-seven rescue workers from multiple agencies participated in the comprehensive operation using ground, water, and aerial search methods.

The coordinated response involved marine police, fire department water rescue teams, drone units, and specialized K9 handlers who combed several kilometers around the crash site. Officials discovered the partially submerged vehicle but failed to locate the missing shop owner despite thorough investigations. Local police from Lenga Station will conduct periodic searches with support from Muar District Headquarters. Authorities plan to expand their search parameters to other locations while maintaining coordination between agencies should new evidence emerge about the victim's whereabouts.
