Sephora is dropping a store in Zagreb after launching online shopping and a mobile app for Croatian customers. The beauty chain confirmed it will set up shop at one of the city's high-end shopping centers, bringing makeup consultations and skincare advice tailored to individual needs.
The physical location will have a Beauty Hub staffed by trained makeup artists who can help people figure out what products actually work for their skin type. This marks the first time anyone in the country can get the full Sephora experience instead of ordering from overseas or crossing borders for their cosmetics fix.
