National Award winner Shabana Azmi and her Broken Images cast paused their California tour for rest in the Bay Area before traveling five hours to Raleigh. The actress shared social media posts with team members Pearl, niece Farzi Rizvi, Craig, Prarthana and Jayesh while managing a three-hour time zone adjustment. The late Girish Karnad wrote the 2004 play about two sisters living together despite occupying separate emotional and linguistic spheres of English and Hindi.
