Shatta Wale calls on youth to support Mahama government

Shatta Wale told young Ghanaians they should back President Mahama and his team. The dancehall star believes the current leaders want to help youth earn more cash. He made these comments at Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday during a football match between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak. The musician thinks supporting this government will bring financial benefits to young people. He urged them to stay loyal until the next election comes around.

The artist posted on Facebook after President Mahama sang along to his popular song Mahama Paper. Shatta Wale called the president someone who rewards hard workers but fires people who fail to deliver results. He thanked Mahama for wanting to include youth in his future plans. The musician seemed happy that the president knows his music and joined in during the performance. He praised the leader for caring about young citizens and their success.

The National Democratic Congress government has started a new program called the 24-hour economy plan. This policy aims to create more jobs and keep businesses running around the clock. Leaders hope this will boost the country's productivity and economic growth. The initiative represents one of the major promises the current administration made to voters. Young people could benefit from the extra work opportunities this program might create.
