Shehbaz Sharif courts global fame by crowning Qatari climber queen of Pakistan peaks

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif rolled out the red carpet for a mountain climbing superstar from Qatar. Sheikha Asma Al Thani made history as the first woman from her country to conquer Nanga Parbat. The deadly peak gets called the Killer Mountain because climbers often die trying to reach the top. Sharif praised her amazing courage and said she inspires women around the world. He appointed her as Pakistan's official mountain tourism ambassador on the spot.

Pakistan brags about having five of the world's tallest mountains that attract daredevil climbers. The prime minister promised international mountaineers would get full government support and protection. He thanked the brave Pakistani guides and porters who help foreign climbers survive dangerous expeditions. The meeting showed off the strong friendship between Pakistan and Qatar. Both countries share values of courage and determination according to Sharif.

The Qatari adventurer has already climbed nine of the world's fourteen super tall peaks. She called K2 the best mountain she ever climbed and praised its incredible beauty. Sheikha Asma thanked Pakistani people for treating her like family during her visits. She works as Vice President of Gender Equality Commission fighting for women's rights. The prime minister invited her back to climb more Pakistani mountains and explore the country's stunning landscapes.
