Simba Bhora Coach Drowning in Fan Calls

Joel Lupahla left the Dynamos coaching staff to lead defending champions Simba Bhora. He faces enormous pressure as a first-time head coach in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League. The club invested heavily during preseason and sent players to South Africa for training camp. Lupahla must defend the league title and prepare for CAF Champions League competition. Phone calls flood his office after every draw or loss.

The coach says pressure motivates him and brings out better performance from players. Simba Bhora struggled early, but recent victories put them back in title contention. The team scored seven goals in their last two matches after beating CAPS United 3-1. They trail leaders MWOS by just two points with 25 points from 13 games. Strong attacking play gives fans hope for another championship run.

Saturday brings a crucial home match against Ngezi Platinum Stars at Wadzanayi Stadium. Victory could close the gap further and increase pressure on league leaders. MWOS plays Scottland at Ngoni Stadium in another key fixture broadcast live on television. Lupahla believes other teams will cancel each other out through difficult matches. Three points against Ngezi would strengthen Simba Bhora's championship chase significantly.
