Soha Ali Khan shares gym routine, morning juice ritual in Mumbai fitness update

Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan began her Monday with an intensive workout session at the gym. The fitness enthusiast posted an Instagram video demonstrating functional training, back exercises, kettlebell routines, abdominal crunches, and cross trainer activities. Khan wrote about maintaining both muscles and mascara through repeated training sessions. She made her film debut in 2004 with Dil Maange More. The actress frequently shares glimpses of her healthy lifestyle through social media fitness videos.

Khan revealed her morning wellness routine on July 18 by posting a video of herself preparing white pumpkin juice. She has consumed this detoxifying beverage on an empty stomach for three months, describing its cooling and digestive benefits. The 46-year-old actress married filmmaker Kunal Kemmu and recently appeared in horror drama Chhorii 2 as Daasi Maa. Director Vishal Furia helmed this sequel to the 2021 thriller, featuring Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead role. The film premiered on April 11, 2025.
