The bank beat out competitors through data analysis and peer reviews that pit financial institutions against each other.

They grabbed Banking Excellence from the Top Companies Survey sponsored by Old Mutual and got named Best Investment Bank in Zimbabwe by the Global Banking and Finance Awards. The Marketers Association of Zimbabwe gave them props for their Online International Payments product, while the Customer Experience Association handed over a customer service award and Global Brands Magazine called them the best banking brand in the country.
