Stanbic Bank, MultiChoice Uganda Launch Program to Prepare C-Suite Leaders

Two major companies joined forces to back a new leadership training program for ambitious workers. Stanbic Bank and MultiChoice Uganda put their money behind Journey to the C-Suite at a fancy launch party. The event happened at Skyz Hotel where important people gathered to celebrate. Ambassadors from Algeria and Kenya showed up along with top business leaders. The evening focused on helping middle managers climb to the top of their companies.

Janet Navvuga Bugembe created this program after her successful Journey to the Boardroom training worked well. She wants to help smart workers who feel stuck in middle management positions. The new program teaches people how to become CEOs and other top executives. Students learn for three months through special classes and mentoring sessions. The training covers everything from strategic thinking to looking like a real leader.

The Algerian Ambassador praised the program during his speech to the crowd. He said future leaders come from middle management teams rather than just boardrooms. The program targets people who have potential but need guidance to reach the next level. Companies across Africa struggle to find qualified executives for important positions. This training program aims to solve that problem.

The first group of students started their journey right after the launch event. These carefully chosen professionals represent the future of African business leadership. The program promises to transform regular managers into powerful executives who can run major companies.
