Starfield Patch Drops Low Mode and Watchtower Mod

Bethesda Game Studios rolled out the Starfield May update after testing finished on Steam Beta. The patch brings Very Low graphics settings for older computers. Players can install bigger Creation mods up to 2 GB. The update adds fresh icons for the modding system. These changes help more people play the space game.

Kinggath Creations launched a paid mod called Watchtower for ten dollars. This team made popular Sim Settlements mods for Fallout 4 before joining Bethesda's creator program. They have already built two large Skyrim mods and two smaller Starfield add-ons. Watchtower offers much deeper gameplay than its previous work. The mod connects smoothly with the main game and the Shattered Space expansion.

Players face a new enemy faction that hunts them across space. A fellow traveler joins the adventure with the same problem. Gamers build fleets that fight alongside them during space battles. Special ship parts called Skydrops let fleets drop supplies or attack enemies on planets. The story requires destroying listening posts and spy satellites.

Rumors suggest Starfield might come to PlayStation 5 this year. Bethesda planned yearly expansions, but Shattered Space received mixed reviews.
