Sylhet DC Sarwar Alam gets court notice over fired teachers

A judicial authority delivered an official notice to Deputy Commissioner Md Sarwar Alam of Sylhet district. The Senior Assistant Judge from Sadar Court processed the directive on September 11. Officials confirmed that administrative offices had not received the document by September 14 evening. Media representatives obtained verification directly from Sarwar Alam regarding the delivery status. Court personnel traced the notice to legal proceedings concerning terminated staff members at The Sylhet Khajanchibari International School and College.

Legal representatives filed a writ petition challenging the removal of educational personnel from the English-medium institution. Administrative authorities must provide written responses within fifteen business days according to judicial requirements. Lawyer Irshadul Haque represented senior teacher Abeda Haque during the proceedings. The attorney verified the notice distribution during Sunday evening communications. Two instructors and one administrative supervisor faced dismissal from their positions at the educational facility.
