T-Mobile Caught Ripping Off 20-Year Customer

Phone companies fight hard for customers and sometimes use tricks that upset people. AT&T workers have written fake reviews under customer names to help the company look good. T-Mobile faces anger from a woman who says they charged her money after she canceled service. The woman had used T-Mobile for twenty years before switching to Mint Mobile. Isabella shared her mother's story on TikTok about the billing problem.

Isabella's mother called T-Mobile to cancel all her phone lines before moving to another company. The paper bills stopped coming and she thought everything was finished. February 2025 brought bad news when she learned T-Mobile still charged her $120 each month. The company said one phone line never got canceled and admitted they made a mistake. T-Mobile promised to pay back the $120 and fix the billing error within days.

The company changed its mind about the refund and said charges from September to February were correct. T-Mobile added late fees even though they took money from her bank account automatically before. The bill grew from $202 to $260 and went to debt collectors. Isabella says her twenty-year customer mother deserves better treatment from the phone company. The family filed a complaint with the FCC about T-Mobile's billing practices.
