Kudakwashe Tagwirei, recently appointed to the Zanu PF Central Committee, announced plans to build a multimillion-dollar facility at PaDust market in Hatcliffe aimed at supporting the growth of small and medium enterprises. Speaking to party supporters in Harare's Hatcliffe suburb, Tagwirei outlined multiple empowerment initiatives aligned with Vision 2030, including a $200,000 revolving fund distributed among party wings and plans to install 80 solar-powered boreholes throughout Chitungwiza. He also committed to constructing five medical clinics with maternity wards and party offices in Zone 4, while pledging to distribute 12,500 Christmas hampers to vulnerable families.
