Teachers Hit Mahama with PET Scan and Road Fix Plea

Thomas Tanko Musah brought Ghana National Association of Teachers leaders to meet President John Dramani Mahama at his office. The teachers group wanted to congratulate Mahama after his December election victory. Musah said voters spoke clearly when they chose Mahama as their new president. GNAT bought newspaper ads to celebrate both Mahama and Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu. The association believes God will help the president keep promises made to teachers.

GNAT invited Mahama to attend their national meeting scheduled for January 2026. The teachers want him as their special guest during the Accra conference. Musah asked the president to open their medical center's new scanning machine before the year ends. GNAT owns Sweden-Ghana Medical Centre after buying it from Swedish officials. The group installed West Africa's best PET scanner at the facility.

Teachers requested better roads leading to their medical center for easier public access. Mahama thanked GNAT for helping shape Ghana's future through smart investments. The president promised better working conditions and higher pay for all teachers. Economist Kwame Pianim called Mahama a responsible leader who listens to people. GNAT considers teachers essential partners for building a stronger nation.
