Mohamed Zainurin Mohamed Zain received a show cause letter and must remain away from his chief executive duties pending investigation. Chief Financial Officer Marliyana Omar also received similar documentation but chose to resign immediately. The plantation company filed these developments with Bursa Malaysia through official channels.
