The TH Plantations CEO and CFO served show cause letters over RM5.1 million payments

TH Plantations Bhd delivered formal notices to senior executives regarding questionable financial transactions totaling RM5.1 million paid to estate employees. The company suspended Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Zainurin Mohamed Zain pending investigation while Chief Financial Officer Marliyana Omar submitted her immediate resignation. A temporary board executive committee will handle chief executive responsibilities during this period. The interim leadership team comprises Chairman Datuk Dr Ahmad Kushairi Din, Independent Non-Executive Director Kasmuri Sukardi, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Nor Adila Ismail, and Chief Operating Officer Alikamal Abu Hassan. TH Plantations assured stakeholders that operations will proceed without disruption despite the management changes.
