Tian Tang Group Donates Shs50 Million to Karamoja Fire Victims

Tian Tang Group and Sino Uganda Mbale Industrial Park gave shs50 million in help to families hurt by fire in the Karamoja area. The big fire burned many homes in Nakobekobe village, and twenty-six families lost their houses. The helpers gave things to Father Clement Otim, who leads the church in Nabilatuk Parish.

The nice people from Tian Tang Group went to see Saint Theresa Acegeretolim and promised to help this place more. They also went to the health center in Nabiratuk and promised to improve medical care for everyone.

"We want to help the Karamajong people build back after this awful fire," said Paul Zhang, who runs Tian Tang Group. He came with many friends to help.

Jane Frances Abodo is a big lawyer in Uganda. She grew up in Karamoja and felt happy about the help. "Many people die here because they have no money and need things," Abodo said. I feel glad someone brings kindness to us."

The village leaders said this help means a lot. "We thank Tian Tang Group for their support," said Lokiru Emmanuel, who speaks for the people living there. This gift will help our people fix what the fire broke."

Tian Tang Group has worked in Uganda for many years, helping schools and health centers. "We believe we must help the places where we work," Zhang said. This gift joins other work that tries to make life better for people who need help in Karamoja.
