Tinubu Frees N2bn To Rebuild Flood Hit Mokwa Homes

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu approved 2 billion naira for Mokwa flood victims on Wednesday. Vice President Kashim Shettima visited the damaged Niger State communities and shared the news. Federal leaders will rebuild homes that floodwaters destroyed across the area. Tinubu sent his deputy to comfort people who lost everything during the disaster. The president feels sad about what happened to Mokwa residents.

Government ministers will move to Niger State temporarily to speed up recovery work. The Environment Minister and Agriculture Minister will focus on flood drainage problems under a special project. Tinubu also promised 20 trucks full of food for real disaster victims. Village leaders will help distribute the supplies fairly to families who need them most. Federal and state governments will work together to fix all the problems the flood caused.
