Title deeds handed directly to farmers

Zimbabwe started giving out farm papers locally instead of from just one office. This helps farmers across the country receive land papers much faster. The team running this plan wants to make sure land reform stays forever by letting farmers use land as real money value.

Farm owners can feel safe putting money into big projects because they know the land stays theirs for sure. These papers let banks give loans to farmers who need cash for their work. When banks want something valuable before lending money, these papers work perfectly for that job.

Anyone holding long leases, offer letters, or permits can join this program right away. The plan also keeps farmland in Zimbabwean hands rather than letting outsiders buy it up. Our country needs to keep control of this important resource that cannot grow larger.

The government found four banks ready to help farmers borrow money through this system. More banks might join later because farming brings good profits. This becomes even more true as we make farms work better against changing weather patterns.

People processing papers close to farms means less travel time for busy farmers. They can handle paperwork near home instead of traveling far away. Local offices cut down waiting times that used to take months or years. Better papers mean better farming across Zimbabwe as more people invest with confidence.
