Tokyo PlayStation State of Play, Saros, and Suda51 chaos

PlayStation announces its State of Play broadcast returns September 24, featuring more than 30 minutes of gaming content. The presentation streams at 2 pm Pacific Time, 5 pm Eastern Time, and 11 pm Central European Summer Time across YouTube and Twitch platforms. Viewers can expect 35 minutes of developer updates and game reveals from studios worldwide.

The broadcast will showcase third-party and independent gaming titles alongside updates from PlayStation Studios teams. Housemarque will present an extended demonstration of Saros, their upcoming 2026 release. This announcement follows PlayStation's established pattern of hosting major presentations before Tokyo Game Show begins each year.

June 2025's State of Play delivered significant announcements such as Suda51's Romeo is A Dead Man, Final Fantasy Tactics remaster, and Arc System Works' Marvel fighting game. Industry observers anticipate similar surprise announcements during tomorrow's event, potentially featuring Insomniac's Wolverine project alongside the confirmed Saros coverage.
