TP Link Archer BE550 Pro Nets Insane 9.3 Gbps Speeds

TP-Link built the Archer BE550 Pro around Wi-Fi 7 technology. The router costs ¥32,780 in Japan, which equals about $226 in American money. It works with three frequency bands to boost internet speeds. The device can handle up to 9.3 Gbps of total data flow. This puts the router in the middle price range for high-end models.

The 6 GHz band delivers the fastest speeds at 5.76 Gbps. The 5 GHz band adds another 2.88 Gbps of capacity. The older 2.4 GHz band provides 574 Mbps for basic devices. Wide channels and smart antenna technology help multiple devices connect without slowing down. Users can stream 4K videos and play online games at the same time.

TP-Link claims the router cuts delay times by 75 percent compared to older models. Faster response helps with video calls and cloud gaming. The router has one 10 Gigabit port and four 2.5 Gigabit ports for wired connections. A USB port lets people connect storage drives or printers. Six antennas spread signals evenly throughout homes and offices.

The black router measures 76mm tall and fits easily on desks. EasyMesh technology works with other compatible routers to cover larger areas. The company provides a three-year warranty with each purchase.
