Trevor Noah eyes final Grammy host lap and exec role

Trevor Noah is finally ditching the Grammys gig after one last rodeo. The comedian confirmed he intends to host the awards show at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles for the sixth time before walking away. CBS and the Recording Academy announced that this appearance marks his official exit from the annual ceremony. He nearly tied the hosting record Andy Williams set decades ago.

Ben Winston praised the vibes the host brought to the production over the years. Noah also secured an executive producer credit for this specific broadcast. The night holds extra weight because the entertainer actually snagged a nomination for his book Into The Uncut Grass in the audio storytelling category.

Kendrick Lamar sits at the top of the pile with heavy nods for his album GNX. Viewers can watch the broadcast live on television to see how the comedian handles his farewell.
