UAE delegation set to build solar plant in Zimbabwe

A big-money team from the United Arab Emirates landed in Zimbabwe yesterday. Right away, they announced plans to build a factory making solar panels in the country. Billionaire Shaji Ul Mulk heads up this group of rich visitors. Their trip matches President Mnangagwa's push to tell everyone Zimbabwe wants business partners.

Mr. Mulk said the T10 Cricket League helped create this worldwide business opportunity. He talked about investors here today and many more coming soon. Their projects include making solar panels, using drones to watch farm fields, producing sodium cyanide, and creating a virtual hospital system. Presidential advisor Dr. Paul Tungwarara mentioned several money people who have already finished paperwork to begin work fast.

Tungwarara explained that they have almost finished deals for the solar factory, which will make panels in Zimbabwe but sell them worldwide. He shared the amazing fact that Zimbabwe has heard from 600 possible UAE investors wanting details. Even more cash might flow into the country during today's Presidential Youth Fund kickoff event, which President Mnangagwa will attend as the main guest.

The country is becoming better known as a place where green energy ideas and lasting growth happen together. These new business connections show how Zimbabwe attracts attention from wealthy international partners looking for fresh places to invest. The solar manufacturing plan stands out as the first major project ready to start from this visiting team.
