UDA-aligned young people from Mount Kenya told Rigathi Gachagua to quit acting like the regional boss, saying Deputy President Kithure Kindiki already proved himself when his guy Leonard Wa Muthende beat Gachagua's pick in the Mbeere North race. Peterson Merichi from the youth league called the election results a straight-up endorsement showing who Mount Kenya actually backs for leadership going into the next cycle.
