Umahi says Tinubu stands with Southeast to rewrite history

Works Minister Dave Umahi told Governor Alex Otti that President Bola Tinubu supports the Southeast region strongly. The minister visited Abia State after checking several construction projects around the area. Umahi wants Otti to back the president just like other southeastern leaders have been doing recently.

The minister believes Tinubu helps Igbo people return to important positions within the federal government. He says the president builds many roads and other facilities across southeastern states. Umahi thinks all Igbo politicians should work together regardless of their political parties.

Governor Otti promised his state will keep working closely with federal officials on major building projects. He thanked the national government for helping Abia State with money and resources. The governor said both governments should act like one team when serving local communities.

The minister praised several road construction sites he visited during his surprise trip to the state. Federal and state workers are rebuilding highways that connect major cities across the region. These new roads will help businesses move goods faster between different southeastern states.
