Vance Says Judges Have Had Their Way Too Long

President William Ruto asked African leaders to work hard for a better Africa. He wants them to follow a special plan that will improve everyone's lives in Africa over the next 50 years.

Many important African presidents met online to talk about this plan. President Ruto said they need to make smart choices and never give up. He believes Africa needs money, good leaders, and strong friendships between countries. He wants every African country to have offices that help make these plans happen.

Ruto shared good news about a new port in Lamu where big ships can come. He invited other countries to send their boats there. He thinks Africa should grow food in ways that protect the earth from harm. Many African countries made promises about farming better when they met in Kampala, and Ruto wants them to keep these promises.

The President cares about making electricity available to everyone. He thinks this plan will create many jobs for young people. His idea helps people who need the most help first. He said that when only a few people become richer, it does not help Africa grow the right way.

Important leaders came to the meeting, like President El-Sisi from Egypt and President Kagame from Rwanda. They talked about making Africa stronger. Ruto thinks Africa needs new ways to pay for big projects like roads and bridges. Without money for these projects, African countries find it hard to work together and sell things to each other.

Ruto wants Africa to take care of nature. He said Africa should use clean power and farm in ways that keep the environment safe. He believes all African countries must work together to fight changes in the weather that hurt our planet. When people help each other and work as a team, Africa becomes stronger and better for everyone.
