Venomode drops final beta for Phrasebox 2

Venomode has announced the upcoming release of Phrasebox 2 and distributed a third beta version to existing users. The new software completely transforms the editing experience, providing musicians with more advanced tools for creating complex musical phrases.

The latest beta introduces several exciting improvements. Developers added new generation modes for notes and controllers, making the software more versatile for music producers. Users can now copy phrases with clear name displays, shift-click to deselect notes, and duplicate selected notes with ease. The update includes helpful options like note and velocity passthrough.

The interface received significant upgrades. Sidebar sections become collapsible, and a scrollbar appears when needed. Musicians can draw points and steps directly in the controller editor. The development team also addressed multiple technical issues, fixing problems with note movement, VST3 compatibility in BitWig, and input retrigger mechanics.

Venomode demonstrates a strong commitment to user experience by offering Phrasebox 2 as a free upgrade for version 1 users. Existing customers can access downloads and licenses through their Venomode user area. The update represents a substantial improvement in music production software, giving creators more powerful tools for musical phrase design and manipulation.
