Speaking on social media platform X, Nandi-Ndaitwah praised Nujoma's role in shaping the nation. "His visionary leadership and dedication to liberation and nation-building laid the foundation for our free, united nation," she said.
The vice president urged Namibians to preserve Nujoma's legacy through acts of resilience, solidarity, and selfless service. She expressed condolences to both the former president's family and the grieving citizens of Namibia.
