Wetangula Cheers Raila for AUC Bid Amid Epic House Vibes

Everyone in Kenya's Parliament wished Raila Odinga good luck. He wants to lead the African Union, a big group that brings African countries together. Mr Wetang'ula, who leads Parliament, said they all support Raila. Many people clapped when he talked about Raila.

President Ruto will be the first person to vote for the new leader. Musalia Mudavadi went to Ethiopia to help Raila win more friends. He wants other African leaders to pick Raila. Mr Mudavadi thinks Raila can make Kenya more important and help Africa speak with a stronger voice.

African leaders will meet in Ethiopia next week to choose the head of the African Union. Raila will compete against two other candidates: one from Djibouti and another from Madagascar.

The person who wins this job can work for four years, and if people like what they do, they can work for another four years. Different parts of Africa take turns leading the African Union. This time, it's the turn of countries from East Africa to give someone the job. North African countries will give someone to help the leader.
